My Favorite Moments from E3 2011
I love video games, I also love MMA, so I was totally excited to hear that Arianny Celeste (UFC Ring Girl) and to a slightly lesser extent Chuck Lidell was going to be there signing autographs :)
Only 12 people were allowed to visit this one exhibit at a time for a period of 30 mins at a time. So only a fraction of the 45,000 expected attendees got to actually view this booth. Battlefield 3 was by far the game I was most excited for going into E3, so after I stood in line for 30 mins the first day and the line didnt move... I researched why... when I found out, I promptly got out of line and made sure I got to do it first thing the next day.
I ran straight for the line on day 2, and it still took me 4 hours. However as you'll see in my swag section they gave me a customized set of dog tags, and gave a preview of what was to come, plus let our group play the multiplayer for 20 mins. Soooo awesome!
Video Games Live! An all video game music orchestra featuring the video game pianist, and all new music from several games that havent even been released yet!
Although I didnt actually see the press conference because I was inside the show floor at the time. I actually got my hands (yes thats my right thumb) on a Wii U controller. Its alot lighter than I thought it'd be. Has a front facing camera, and some triggers on the back, they wouldnt let me photograph the back side :(
